On the palate, a lively and tense attack, a beautiful balanced structure and the legendary minerality that characterises the great years in Chablis. Le Chablis est un vin de plaisir, à déguster en toute occasion. Aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the wine. Origin: Chichée and Préhy, east and south-west exposure, Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils, vines of 40 years.
